This really means a lot to me as all the people I'm featured with are emoticonists I greatly respect and admire, and of course Joel is a brilliant artist and I'm proud to have a piece picked by him to be featured. It's been a while since I wrote a journal, eh? How've you all been?
Anyway, I may or may not nuke my message center. I've just been super lazy with it recently and I think I have more chance of getting through all of it if it goes BOOM and I can start over.

So, I hit 10,000 pageviews next week and already it's almost at 11,000. Normally I don't care much about views, but 10,000 is a big milestone for me, so thank you all.

I'm watching The Soup at the moment. I watch it every week, but I'd missed this episode, as it's a special one.

Community premiered on NBC this week. I love that show. :'D

I missed dA's 9th birthday! That made me sad. I was here for the 8th, and I wanted to participate in some events this year, since I didn't really last year. :c
I bought Wii Sports Resort. It's quite addicting, and I recommend it to everyone who owns a Wii.

My grandparents are coming into town next weekend. Should be interesting. :/
Oh, and I start my third year of metal-working camp next week as well. That ought to be fun; since I'm considered experienced enough to not hurt myself I can make whatever I want
Oh, and by the way, I was in New Mexico for vacation. It was quite a lot of fun, and I think part of the charm was eating different kinds of food (lots of it involving green chili _{I'm extremely spice-tolerant. 8D}) and seeing all the amazing animals that lived on the farm-thing we were staying at, among them peacocks, goats, donkeys, horses, rabbits, ram sheep, and some very stupid dogs. But I was glad to get back home...I missed you all. There were also llamas that lived on a different farm, which I teased Joel with. :3

Oh! Almost forgot. I've been really behind on my requests and I do apologize for that. But if I kick myself and stop being so lazy, I can get through them, and I definitely will. To those of you waiting, I'm very sorry and you'll have them soon!

Hello everyone,

Today I was informed of the death of a longtime member of a forum that I frequent. The member's name was Vicky, and was one of the oldest of our members at the age of 26. Some of you may even have known her. She was a member of deviantArt herself, her username was ~auroralockwood.
We are not entirely sure of the cause of her death; one source says a heart attack, another says something related to a blood clot. She passed away two days ago, June 13th, 2009.
